April was another client I came in contact with through my work with Restored 316. She reached out looking for a new logo and site design. She had already invested a lot of time into what her vision for her site was and made the design process so simple and so much fun. Her initial requests for her logo were:
I would like a heart in my logo with a pen (I would love any other ideas also). I want the site to have a peaceful, but adorned look. I want it to be utilized to bring readers into a place of devotion and prayer to the Lord. I wish to also include a daily devotional and prayer section (Prayer request page, included) in addition to prophetic blog posts. I want a very streamlined, classic look. One that is pleasing to the eye for easy reading.
April had her color scheme and the vibe she was going for already picked out, so after getting to know her a bit and what she was aiming for with her site, I created three initial logo designs for her:
April immediately decided on the first logo, but wanted to include a heart. Here’s what we ended up with as her final design and website implementation:
After we were all finished, here’s what April had to say:
The opportunity of taking a vision and making it a reality is an amazing blessing! The vision of Faithful Servant: His Words of Truth Written upon the Tablet of Thine Heart was God-given from the beginning. Something so precious, when shared, has to be clearly understood to be realized in it’s creation. Courtney truly demonstrated care and understanding for the ministry of the spoken and written Word that God has entrusted to me, as His servant.
In creating this vision for ministry, Courtney displayed an ability to be detail-oriented, supportive, and trustworthy. It has been a pleasure to work with someone that understands my divine assignment, as well as her own. God has blessed Courtney with the knowledge and creativity necessary to bring forth His purposes for any ministry, organization, or business. I pray blessings upon the calling on her life, and I highly recommend others to partner with her in creating any purposeful design.
